TNS Media Intelligence/CMR Appoints Mark Kristol to Head New Entertainment Services Group
 
NEW YORK, August 14, 2003 - TNS Media Intelligence/CMR, the leading provider of strategic advertising and marketing information, has announced the appointment of Mark Kristol, chief operating officer (COO) of TNSMI/Entertainment Services Group, a new organization in the TNSMI family.

Based in Los Angeles, TNSMI/Entertainment Services Group is dedicated to providing premier advertising and marketing intelligence to the entertainment industry. Expanding on the existing marketplace success of TNS Media Intelligence/TES (Theatrical Entertainment Services), the Entertainment Services Group will integrate relevant resources from TNS Media Intelligence/CMR to deliver targeted products and services that keep clients well informed on the entertainment marketplace and positioned to achieve their business goals.

Mr. Kristol will report directly to TNSMI/CMR President and CEO Steve Fredericks. "Mark is well known and respected in the entertainment industry," remarked Mr. Fredericks. "His experience, expertise and creative drive makes him uniquely suited to lead the Entertainment Services Group in serving the needs of this dynamic industry."

Mr. Kristol's career has led him to a variety of executive positions in the entertainment industry working for companies such as TriStar Pictures and Universal Pictures. He began his career in advertising with Diener/Hauser/Bates after receiving his Masters in Business Administration from Rutgers University, N.J
