YORK, July 28, 2004 -TNS Media Intelligence/CMR, the leading provider

a reorganization of its sales and client service divisions to continue
providing superior opportunities and information to clients.
"Our new structure is designed to enhance our company commitment
to providing information and service at its best," says Tom
Rocco, executive vice president of sales and marketing. "We
are dedicated to helping our clients achieve solutions. By realigning
our territories and responsibilities, we've accelerated our abilities
to deliver clients the information and product education that will
help better their competitive media intelligence needs."
The Eastern Region will be run by Carl Dickens, senior vice president
of media sales and Henry Laura, vice president of advertiser and
agency sales. They will lead a team of sales professionals and
account service representatives who are dedicated to clients in
the eastern, southeastern and southwestern areas of the United
States.
The Midwest Region will be run by Maury Moore, vice president
of sales. He will lead his team of sales professionals and account
service representatives to answer the needs of clients in 12 states
around the Midwest, from Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin to Minnesota,
Nebraska and the Dakotas.
The Western Region will be run by Libby MacDonald, vice president
of sales. She will lead a team of sales professionals and account
service representatives who are dedicated to clients in California,
Washington, and other western states.

with the recent delivery of our Web-based products - MarketAdvisor,
Stradegy, Ad$pender and Evaliant; our expanded Hispanic media coverage;
and our enhanced media collection technologies," continues

our ability to form an even closer relationship with our clients

All regional sales leaders, along with Maria Abadia, director
of account services, who continues to oversee the account services
division, will report directly to Tom Rocco.
