| Competitive Media Reporting (CMR) has
announced the following appointments within its Sales organization
effective immediately. Jane Smerglia has been named Senior Vice President,
Sales, for the Media Group and Ric Spicer has been named Senior Vice
President, Sales, for the Agency/Advertiser Group. David Peeler,
President and CEO of CMR, made these announcements this morning.
According to Mr. Peeler, "Competitive Media Reporting, under
the ownership of Taylor Nelson Sofres, will aim to continue its leadership
role in all marketplaces. At CMR, we know that our best ideas always
come from our clients. Our new sales organization will continue to
be attuned to all customers' needs and requirements and is on course
to help clients further build and achieve their business objectives."

In her new position, Ms. Smerglia holds overall responsibility
for all sales efforts supporting the broadcast, business-to-business,
consumer magazine, newspaper and radio markets.
In addition to Ms. Smerglia's appointment, the following individuals
have been promoted to head up regional sales efforts, reporting
directly to Ms. Smerglia:
Carl Dickens, Vice President, Sales, Western Region, Broadcast
Group. In his new role, Mr. Dickens will hold responsibility for
all sales and service efforts for the Midwest and Western regions.
All sales managers and client service representatives based in
Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles and San Francisco within CMR's Broadcast
Group will report to Mr. Dickens.
Alan Kraut, Vice President, Sales, Eastern Region, Broadcast Group.
In his new role, Mr. Kraut will hold responsibility for all sales
and service efforts for the Eastern and Southeastern regions within
CMR's Broadcast Group. All sales managers and client service representatives
based in New York and the East will report to Mr. Kraut.
In addition to the above new appointments, all sellers of media
at CMR will now report to Ms. Smerglia, including:

| In their new roles, both Ms. Arden and
Mr. Swanberg will spearhead all sales and service efforts within
their respective regions.
Libby Fitzgerald, Vice President, Sales, Advertiser Group. In
her new role, Ms. Fitzgerald will lead all sales, service and new
business development efforts directed toward all advertisers and
advertising segments. In addition, Ms. Fitzgerald will continue
to support agency clients' specific advertiser customers.
Steven Walsh, Account Supervisor, Sales, Eastern Region, Agency
Group. Mr. Walsh moves to CMR's Agency Group effective later this
summer after several years successfully spearheading sales in the
Southeast region for CMR's Broadcast Group.
