TNS Media Intelligence/CMR Appoints Ken Saunders as Chief Financial Officer
 
NEW YORK, July 7, 2003 - TNS Media Intelligence/CMR, the leading provider of strategic advertising and marketing information, has announced the appointment of Ken Saunders to the position of chief financial officer.

Prior to joining TNS Media Intelligence/CMR, Mr. Saunders spent ten years in a variety of finance positions at the National Football League, most recently as vice president, strategy, financial planning and analysis. From 1997 to 2000, he was based in London, England, where he served as chief financial officer for NFL Europe. He began his career in banking, as an analyst at Citibank in Tokyo, Japan, and at Dillon, Read in New York City.

"Ken's extensive and successful experience in the world of finance, both in the U.S. and overseas, makes him an ideal addition to our management team," said Steven Fredericks, president and CEO, TNS Media Intelligence/CMR. A native of Dearborn, Mich., Mr. Saunders received a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a master's degree in business administration from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business. He lives in Purchase, N.Y., with his wife and three children.
