YORK, May 10, 2004 -TNS Media Intelligence/CMR, the leading provider

the appointment of Thomas Rocco to executive vice president, sales
and marketing.
Rocco will be responsible for all sales and marketing efforts
for the TNS Media Intelligence/CMR brand. He will also lead the
activities of TNSMI/CMR's client service group.

Rocco joins TNSMI/CMR with more than 20 years experience in the
media industry and is well known for his abilities to build and
lead sales, marketing and service teams that deliver clients the
solutions they need for success.
Prior to joining TNSMI/CMR, Rocco served as president of the College
Television Network (CTN), where he led the network to a position
of prominence in the cable industry before selling it to MTV Networks.
Rocco also held a number of executive titles throughout his career
at Discovery Communications where he successfully ran the sales
and business development divisions. Rocco's career experience also
includes sales and marketing responsibilities at other leading
media companies such as NBC-TV Network, WNYW (Fox Television),
and ABC Radio Network.
