CMR and MediaBrains Enter Strategic Alliance to Deliver Industry-Leading Business-To-Business Information Solutions
New Web-based Application, BizAdvisor, Delivers Competitive B2B Ad Sales Tool
 
NEW YORK, May 6, 2002– CMR, a leading provider of strategic advertising and marketing communications information, and MediaBrains, the leader in providing performance solutions for the publishing industry, jointly announce a strategic alliance between the two companies to create and deliver industry-leading business-to-business information solutions.

As an initial product of this alliance, CMR and MediaBrains have developed BizAdvisor - a Web-based application to deliver business-to-business advertising information, which will serve as a strategic and tactical tool for advertising sales as well as for comprehensive, competitive reporting needs. The two companies have also established a co-marketing relationship through which MediaBrains will market the new Web-based product to the business-to-business segment. CMR, in turn, will market MediaBrains Reader Service solution, designed to help publishers, advertisers and agencies effectively target qualified leads and assess reader response.
