FIND/SVP Inc. Partners With CMR/TNS Media Intelligence
To Deliver Customized Advertising & Marketing Information

NEW YORK - March 25, 2003 - FIND/SVP, Inc. (OTCBB: FSVP), a leader in business advisory, research and consultancy services, and CMR/TNS Media Intelligence, the leading provider of marketing communication and advertising expenditure information, announced today that they have entered into a strategic marketing relationship to offer on-demand advertising expenditure reports to FIND/SVP clients in the corporate marketing, advertising and media communities.

FIND/SVP consultants will draw on the CMR/TNS data to help clients evaluate spending patterns and competitive trends relating to more than 1.7 million brands across 15 different media. FIND/SVP clients will receive assisted access to customized reports from CMR/TNS' flagship Stradegy2 database, which reveals ad spending and occurrence data for each media type based on company name, brand, product category, and market (http://www.findsvp.com/services/cmr.cfm). This world-leading information source is generally available only by annual commitment.

As part of the relationship, FIND/SVP will also provide custom research and analysis for a new web-based auto intelligence product developed by CMR/TNS, called Auto Insights. Through Auto Insights, users can obtain CMR/TNS's ad spending and ad creatives in addition to having access to market trends, news abstracts and other analyses based on research by FIND's industry consultants. Auto Insights is the first in a series of intelligence products that will be developed through the FIND/SVP and CMR/TNS relationship.

"We're pleased to provide our clients with access to CMR/TNS's highly respected Stradegy2 data on a transactional basis," stated David Walke, Chief Executive Officer of FIND/SVP. "We're equally excited that CMR/TNS recognizes our cross industry and cross functional expertise as a key ingredient for its Auto Insights product."

According to Steven J. Fredericks, president and chief executive officer of CMR/TNS Media Intelligence, "The partnership with FIND/SVP provides a prime opportunity to enhance our service to clients, layering data with relevant and compelling marketplace knowledge. And with the recent launch of Auto Insights, a product targeted to the largest advertising category, clients will realize the benefits of our alliance firsthand."
