information, announces the appointment of Carl Dickens to the position
of Senior Vice President for the Media Group, to oversee all sales
and service efforts aimed at media sellers, including broadcasters
and publishers. He will be based in New York, reporting directly
to David Peeler, president and CEO of CMR.
Since 2000, Mr. Dickens has served as Vice President, Western
Division Sales for CMR's Broadcast Group. Mr. Dickens joined CMR
in 1995 as Regional Sales Manager for the Broadcast Group, based
in Dallas. Since that time, he has helped grow CMR's offices in
Chicago and Dallas, secured long-term relationships with key clients
and spearheaded new business development for his territories.
"Carl's vast industry knowledge and long-term experience
will serve CMR and our clients well as we examine ways to build
our business and provide our key broadcasting and publishing segments
with the best in competitive marketing information," said

Mr. Dickens' career in the broadcast industry spans more than
30 years. Prior to CMR, he served as West Coast Sales Manager for
Arbitron TV and held management positions with CBS stations in
Philadelphia, Chicago and San Francisco over the course of an 11-year
period. Before that, Mr. Dickens began his career as a reporter
for both television and radio, where he progressed to news director
and general manager positions.
